We welcome industry partners to engage with us for further discussions.
II. Evaluation Conditions
Cell Type: 1Ah pouch cell
Chemistry System: NCM622 / Artificial Graphite
Voltage Window: 2.75 V – 4.3 V
Electrolyte Baseline (Ref): EC : EMC : DEC = 1 : 1 : 1, 1 M LiPF6, with VC + FEC additives
Control Group: Electrolyte Baseline (Ref.)
Experimental Group: ARC-N02
III. Experimental Results
The ARC-N02 additive can participate in forming a stable SEI film during the formation stage, exhibiting higher film-forming efficiency. Furthermore, it delivers exceptional high-temperature storage performance: under 60°C storage conditions, both the capacity retention and recovery rates of the battery remain at high levels compared to the reference group. It effectively mitigates cell swelling, suppresses impedance growth, and has minimal impact on the cell's rate capability and low-temperature performance.
Compared with the reference group, the ARC-N02 additive significantly enhances high-temperature cycling performance while effectively inhibiting the growth of cycling impedance. In the cell direct current (DC) impedance growth chart, the ARC-N02 additive shows a major advantage in significantly reducing impedance relative to the reference group.
IV. Conclusion
In summary, the ARC-N02 additive offers distinct advantages in improving high-temperature storage and high-temperature cycling performance, as well as suppressing impedance growth.
