Job Responsibilities 
1. Participate in route development, sample preparation, and process optimization for projects (small molecule synthesis); solve problems during development; record, collect, and organize experimental data; and write lab-scale summary reports or process optimization reports.

2. Participate in the implementation of pilot projects; resolve issues arising during the pilot phase; provide technical support; and timely collect, organize, and write pilot summary reports.

3. Management of laboratory 7S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, and Saving).

4. Other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Fine Chemicals, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Organic Synthetic Chemistry, or related fields.

2. Passionate about the role, proactive, responsible, and motivated.

3. Good communication and coordination skills, service awareness, and team spirit.

4. Consciously abide by company rules and regulations, and identify with the company's management philosophy and corporate culture.

5. Diligent and detail-oriented.
