Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of new electrolyte additives;

2. Responsible for the performance research of additives;

3. Research on battery performance;

4. Other tasks assigned by leadership.

 Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrochemistry, analytical chemistry, or material chemistry;

2. Familiar with lithium-ion electrolyte additive materials, application characteristics, and corresponding characterization, analysis, and testing methods;

3. Familiar with industry standards for the physical and chemical properties of electrolytes, and analytical testing methods;

4. Familiar with knowledge related to electrochemistry and lithium-ion batteries;

5. Strong independent working ability, good self-motivation, clear logic, and a positive attitude;

6. Possess innovative spirit and good communication skills.
