Innovative R&D, Laying Out Frontier Technologies for New Additives

At this exhibition, Rolechem highlighted its latest newly developed additive products. Among them, the ARC_P14 and ARC_P15 phosphorus compound series can be used as flame-retardant additives, forming a film on the cathode side to suppress gas generation. They can also improve the high-temperature storage and cycling performance of batteries, enhance rate capability, and simultaneously optimize low-temperature performance.

The ARC_P08 and ARC_P11 phosphate ester series additives retain the excellent high-temperature storage and cycling performance of phosphate esters, enhance battery rate capability, and overcome the traditional disadvantages of large impedance and poor low-temperature performance, presenting outstanding comprehensive properties.

As a derivative of PRS, the ARC_S14 additive can significantly reduce the internal resistance of the battery cell, optimize high-temperature performance, and enhance battery rate capability and cycle life. Its overall performance completely surpasses that of PRS.

The ARC_S27 additive offers excellent stability and can form a superior SEI film, significantly decreasing low-temperature impedance of battery cells, enhancing low-temperature and rate performance, while also optimizing high-temperature performance. Its overall performance is completely superior to DTD.

The ARC-Si03 and ARC-Si04 additives are silane-based products that can inhibit the increase of acidity and moisture content in the electrolyte, while simultaneously boosting both the high and low-temperature performance of battery cells.

The 4CN and 5CN additives are polynitrile ether products that can improve the high-temperature storage and rate performance of battery cells under high voltage, enhance low-temperature discharge performance, and raise cycle life. Under high voltage, their performance entirely outclasses HTCN and TPN.

FPS exhibits excellent performance in forming SEI films, effectively enhancing battery rate capability and cycle life while improving high-temperature properties. Furthermore, compared to PS, FPS has major advantages in environmental protection and faces no restrictions when exporting to European and American markets.

ARC_S18 is a sulfonyl fluoride additive that can participate in the formation of the anode SEI. It is friendly to cell impedance, brings obvious improvements to high-temperature performance, and simultaneously boosts rate capability and cycle life.

Accelerating Layout, Steady Progress in Production Capacity Construction

Rolechem is actively advancing the construction of production capacity for electrolyte salts. Upon the completion of production lines, the main product, LiFSI, will provide a steady market supply of 52,600 tons annually. Meanwhile, Rolechem continues to innovate its technological systems and has currently registered LiFSI-related technical patents in multiple countries.

By laying out the R&D and production of the entire spectrum of lithium and sodium salt products, Rolechem has established comprehensive technical capabilities and stable production capacity for R&D and market development, accumulating extensive experience in the electrolyte additive field. During the exhibition, multiple customers expressed recognition of Rolechem's mass-production capabilities for sodium-ion battery system additives, and showed keen interest in Rolechem's full-process customized services. Rolechem also looks forward to deeper cooperation opportunities with overseas clients in new additive development and market expansion.

Looking Globally, Establishing Overseas Cooperation

Facing the continuously growing global market of the new energy industry, the globalization trend of key materials in the new energy industrial chain has become increasingly visible. Rolechem's foreign cooperation process has accelerated, and customers in overseas markets continue to expand, currently spanning Japan, South Korea, the Americas, and Europe. Through this exhibition, Rolechem established closer communication and interaction with overseas customers.

On the topics of environmental protection and sustainable development, both sides reached a consensus to continuously increase efforts toward the industry's carbon reduction process, implementing carbon footprint standards throughout the entire process of R&D, production, and distribution, thereby making tangible contributions to global environmental causes and a green future.

Attending The Battery Show Europe this time, Rolechem always based itself on innovative R&D, actively communicated with cutting-edge industry technology trends, and promoted overseas cooperation opportunities. In the future, Rolechem will actively synergize with industry partners to jointly explore overseas markets and drive the global upgrade of the new energy industry.
